Bak Chor Mee (Minced Pork Noodles in Black Vinegar)
Hubby loves this. The best ever Bak Chor Mee that we had ever eaten is at Yishun Central. Sg$5 per bowl, tho' expensive, yet worth to keep going for it. The way the mushroom is marinated & cooked, brings out the taste of the whole dish, of course not 4getting the black vinegar that was added in. Woo! Talking about it, makes me missing it! =)
And yes, this is my homemade version of it...
