And Father's Day Continues....
Made this soup for mama & dad. I love the tangy, chewy texture of pacific clams. I added mushrooms, kou qi zi & red dates. Got Jo to help me buy chicken stock but in the end didn't use all, added 1/4 of it, then boiled my own chicken stock to add to it. Guess it was abit too salty due to the 'bought chicken stock'. :(
