Stir Fry Bok Choy with Minced Chicken
Since my hubby is away on business trip till next Wednesday, I decided to cook something simple for myself. Really simple this time. And I found Hae Bee Hiam in my fridge, hubby doesn't like this, he gets turned off by the smell n taste of it cuz of the bad experience he had when he was in the army donkey years ago. Hence, when he's not around, I get to pamper myself with this. Fried this with rice, indeed it is good! :) I like...Hae Bee Hiam Rice
